Do I need to come to the office for my Case Review Consultation?

Not necessarily. Virtual options are available, but the neurological evaluation that's part of the in-office Case Review can only be done in person. Most other visits can be completed virtually.

Is Dr. Robles a medical doctor?

No. Dr. Robles is a Doctor of Chiropractic (DC) who specializes in non-drug-based care to help patients rebuild their health.

Is Dr. Robles a primary care provider?

Yes, and he's trained to address acute symptoms, but Lucid Force Health Center does not provide acute care services. Care here is focused on preventive, nutritional, and functional metabolic support, and the office can coordinate with any other primary care provider you see.

Does Dr. Robles prescribe medication?

No. If your symptoms improve, your prescribing doctor may need to adjust your existing medications, and Dr. Robles will work with that doctor as needed.

Can all my tests be done at Lucid Force Health Center?

Most tests are run through conventional labs (such as Labcorp); some require specialty labs, and others are at-home kits (urine, saliva, or stool) mailed to the lab. Dr. Robles determines which tests are needed during your Case Review Consultation and reviews instructions like fasting requirements and cost with you. Re-testing needs vary by test and are discussed as they come up — and an effective initial care plan can often begin before every test is complete.

Do you accept insurance?

No insurance or Medicare is accepted, and the office doesn't file insurance paperwork on your behalf. You'll receive an itemized receipt (with diagnosis and procedure codes on request) that you can submit to your insurer yourself. Payment in full by cash, check, or credit card is due before or at the time of service.

I already work with a nutritionist — do I need your nutrition services too?

Likely yes. The holistic nutrition approach here is different from typical nutritionist services, particularly in how food allergy and sensitivity testing results get folded directly into your plan.

Which credit cards do you accept?

Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. If you're not prepaying, the office asks you to keep an active card on file for billing of follow-ups, labs, and other services.

What do I need to bring to an in-office appointment?

Bring all vitamins and medications in their original containers. Past medical records, lab results, and imaging should be sent to the office ahead of time to make the most of your visit.

Where are you located, and how do out-of-town patients plan a visit?

The office is in Upland, California, served by three airports: Ontario International (ONT), about 15 minutes away; John Wayne/Orange County (SNA), about 45 minutes; and LAX, about 55 minutes. Ontario Mills and Victoria Gardens nearby have shopping, dining, and hotels roughly 15 minutes from the office.

How do I become a patient?

Call (909) 949-0155, or email staff@lucidforce.com for general questions. New patients typically start with the required videos (see the Videos page), then schedule a Case Review Consultation.

What is the cancellation policy?

A 7-day cancellation policy applies, and appointments must be confirmed at least 7 days in advance. A credit card on file holds your Case Review appointment; it's only charged if you miss or improperly cancel. Full details in the Cancellation Policy form (see the paperwork list below).

What if my paperwork isn't ready, or I arrive late?

Incomplete paperwork, arriving more than 5 minutes late, or not dressing appropriately for the exam (a t-shirt and shorts are required) will all trigger a reschedule — and appointments can only be rescheduled once for any reason.
