Every new patient begins here — a two-visit process to review your case and map out a course of care.
Available in person, by phone, or by video — except the neurological evaluation, which must be done in person. You'll be asked to watch several short videos before your appointments so your visit is more productive; see the Video Library.
Reschedule policy: incomplete paperwork, arriving more than 5 minutes late, or not dressing appropriately for the exam (t-shirt and shorts) will trigger a reschedule — and you can only be rescheduled once.
Labs are read for patterns of health, not just flagged out-of-range results — the same data most doctors use, interpreted differently.
Tests run through conventional labs (like Labcorp), specialty labs, or at-home kits, ranging from about $300 to $3,000 depending on what's needed. Common panels include:
